Workplace Privacy and Employee Monitoring
ITALY - The Italian Data Protection Commissioner has published the guidelines concerning privacy and workplace.
According to the Commissioner, it is a crucial topic. In fact, through employee’s surfing, it is possible to discover some of his sensitive data. The document forbids the systematic monitoring of employees’ e-mails.
